Led by a certified personal trainer, each class is uniquely designed to give you the perfect balance of strength and cardiovascular training. This total body workout hits on every aspect of functional fitness, never giving you the same sweat session twice!

From your first-time gym goer, to your most conditioned athlete, FIT Lab is adaptable and welcomes all fitness levels. It contains a wide variety of strength and cardio equipment ranging from free weights, sandbags, kettle bells, medicine balls, Concept 2 rowers, TRX suspension trainers, BOSU balls, resistance bands, and much more. Every workout will provide options and challenges to mold to your fitness level.


Buti Barre is a 1-hour class instructed by a Certified Barre Trainer that pulls from variations of Yoga, Pilates, Dance, and Ballet. Buti Barre is designed to lift, tone, stretch, strengthen, and lengthen all aspects of your body.

This is done using low impact movements, light weights, pulsing motions, and small ranges of motion.

Accessories that may be used include lightweights, therapeutic balls, soft mats, resistance bands, slider discs, and much more.
